Ton of trash illegally dumped

What is the legality of these signs scattered around? these are definitely not official city signs. neighbors don't have the right to tell other neighbors when and where they can park. Only the city can.

The house on the corner of Wayside and Brighton has trash that appears to be both on and off their property. This is a long-standing issue and my second request to address it. I got a strange message that said it was referred to an island inspector and then that it was closed but the trash is exactly as it was. Can someone please tell me what is happening and why there is still a recliner visible from Brighton Ave along with much more garbage?

This has been reported once before. The tenant at 83 Stevens Avenue is constantly revving their vehicle that they have been “ fixing up” for the past two years. I understand that the teenager may have some issues, but my neighbors and I are tired of listening to this at all hours of the day. Please pay a visit to this property. Thank you.

We have not had heat consistently since March 22nd. We were without it March 22-26th. April 3rd- 5th, April 20- today. The heat is still not working. I have contacted my property manager about it several times over text. At least 6 times. He keeps saying it is getting fixed. I lay 1800$ a month for rent. Heat is included in the rent per the lease agreement. When I contacted my property manager about a rent deduction for April since the heat wasn't working, he threatened me that I would have to leave within 30 days if I don't pay the full amount.

Instead of taking their trash to the dump they left it in front of their house.

The street light at the corner of Dorothy St and Avalon Rd needs to be replaced. The light stopped working as of 01/15/24. The number on the pole is 7.

Unfortunately, the city keeps overlooking Alba St. when it plows after a storm. I always thought it was because it was a narrow street, but I just drove all over the city of Portland and there is no other street that was as bad as this street that I could see ! Munjoy hill looks great!!!the plows have been going down Alba St. just one time per storm leaving lots of unplowed snow, which is now turned into ice blocks, and I almost lost the bottom of my car trying to leave here this morning

so these photos show what this disgusting light does every morning at 718am...this was on a Saturday morning on Forest Ave. no cars on Revere St. no pedestrians on Revere St and every dam min the pedestrian signal goes for 30sec... seriously? You would think it would be opposite, keep Forest Ave traffic flowing with a 95% of the time green light and have Revere St traffic wait 45secs NOT Forest cause its 1 car not several on a main drag. I'll continue to go through this stupid Red Light, so fix this issue or NOT! And what ever happened to blinking lights at 7am on a Saturday or Sunday morning? So frustrating that not 1 set of lights can be synced up with another...not one. Try traveling Forest at 715am... every light randomly turns Red as u approach its sickening

Where's the category for shockingly negligent public safety enforcement? I used the flashing crosswalk while wearing a blinking 425 lumen headlamp and safety orange colored hat. Was INCHES from being hit by a pickup truck going 50-60mph down Brighton, honking at me the whole way. I experience hazards on a daily basis but as a pedestrian (not to mention cyclist) danger imposed by lack of active transportation infrastructure has become disgusting. Brighton Ave speed limit must be lowered and speed bumps installed. Don't have the budget for it? Park a police car on Deblois and Brighton and reap the benefits - you’ll earn the money in no time. no time.

What's worse is that the property has consistently presented disruptive illegal activity to the neighborhood The City can review its own record of police calls to this address to confirm this; altercations, disorderly conduct; trespassing, and, just last Sunday, death by drug overdose

This a neighborhood is zoned for long term residential occupancy but this property is being operated as a disorderly hotel with negligent oversight

The City has now been advised so that due investigation and appropriate enforcement action will begin
