§ 180-4. Amendments to standards.
A. The following sections of the 2003 Property Maintenance Code are amended:

TRASH. All combustible and noncombustible waste materials except garbage, including the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke and other combustible material, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood, excelsior, leather, grass clippings, leaves, shrubs, branches, yard trimmings, Christmas trees, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass, crockery, construction fill and debris, dust and similar materials.
(5) In Section 302.4, Exterior Property Areas, insert: In Section 302.4, Exterior Property Areas, insert: "302.4. Weeds. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained or plant growth in excess of 10 inches."

(6) Section 304.3, Premises identification, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Clear violation - lawn is far above IPMC codes that the City enforces.

Since there seems an overwhelming amount of this going on (today being no different). Had to post a video taking our alley of a person riding an off vehicle, speeding back and forth.

Yet this a number of photos taken this past week of the City's Trash hauler throwing cardboard into the trash which clearly is a violation of both the ordinance and the contract with the Hauler

Please see attached pic. The owners of this property are using the alley as an additional parking area for their vehicles. As you can clearly see they are parked within inches of each other. These cars have been in this exact location with no movement for two weeks. This isn't parking this is storage.

Caddycorner from City Hall Place and Harmony is a dumpster with trash overflowing and all over the parking lot. Repeat offender and clearly can be seen from the front door of City Hall.

Light at the Corner needs to be replaced. Pretty dangerous in the evening without it.
