Description

The grass at Bullhead Park is cut regularly, a few times each week, but the grass inside the Dog Park has not been cut in a month. The grass in some places is almost a foot high, and the weeds that should be trimmed regularly are now about 4 feet high (photo attached). Why do the grass cutters and weed trimmers ignore the dog park?
