I agree, drivers are using Cheyney more as a highway than a residential road. 45 is entirely too fast for this road between Glen Mills rd and Westtown Rd. Most of it is curves, driveways, and a railroad crossing. Certainly no way is 45 a reasonable speed limit. I say is should be lowered to at least 35.

i say raise it to 65 so I can get to work faster and prevents me from getting stuck behind busses and old people afraid to drive the speed limit....
